Take once a day (preferably in the morning) by simply pouring the nectar into a spoon. You can also mix it with water or other cold drinks if you wish.
Dosage:
• 1 tbsp, which is 5 g of marine collagen, for general maintenance of skin health and elasticity.
• 2 tbsp, 10 g of marine collagen, respectively, for more intensive moisturizing and nourishment.
Choose the course of use:
• 2 months, followed by a 2-3 month break. If you want to maintain your beauty under the age of 25.
• 3 months, followed by a 2-3 month break. At the age of 25, or at any age — to increase skin elasticity, stretch marks, post-acne, increased need for protein during weight loss, physical activity.
