We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Klarna.

We ship across Europe. In Vienna, same-day express delivery is available.

Shipping is free for orders over 80.00 EUR. For orders under 80.00 EUR, the shipping cost depends on your location.

We ship orders via UPS, DPD, or Austrian Post. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 1pm CET on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or promotions folders.

Please contact us with your order number using the contact form on our website, by email at thebeautymatters2022@gmail.com, or through Instagram, and we’ll resolve the issue.

If something's not right with your order, don’t worry! Just reach out to us with your order number. You can contact us through the form on our website, email us at office@thebeautymatters.at , or send us a message on Instagram, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed, including the shipping address.
